Substance-Free Space: The Centre is a strictly drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free environment.
Cleanliness and Care: Maintain a clean and tidy space. Respect the Centre’s property and equipment.

Additional Guidelines for Teachers and Facilitators

Professional Integrity: Maintain professionalism in all interactions with students and other facilitators.
Inclusive Teaching: Ensure classes are accessible to all participants, respecting diverse abilities and backgrounds.
Respect for Boundaries: Seek explicit consent for any physical adjustments or touch during classes.
Trauma-Sensitive Approach: Be mindful of participant comfort and avoid triggering language or practices.
Financial Integrity: Transparently adhere to the Pay-As-You-Can model agreed upon with the Centre.
Timeliness: Arrive on time and end sessions as scheduled.
Promotion and Representation: Accurately represent your offerings without making exaggerated claims.

Consequences of Misconduct

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

A verbal or written warning.
Temporary suspension from the Centre’s activities.
Permanent exclusion from the Centre, depending on the severity of the violation.

Reporting Issues

If you experience or witness any misconduct, please report it to the Centre's management team or a designated contact person. All reports will be handled confidentially.
